Need a quick lunch? Keto Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs are low in carb, high in fat and are simple to whip together. A sprinkling of homemade everything bagel seasoning finishes off these delightful eggs.
Let’s talk lunch. And snacks. And breakfast. Ok, let’s chat all meals of the day. The thing is, eggs are possibly my favorite food. I am known to make and eat eggs any time of the day. From olive oil fried eggs, to frittatas, to a good old deviled egg you just can’t go wrong.
Plus, eggs are extremely keto friendly! For these everything bagel deviled eggs I added a bit of mayonnaise to the filling to up the fat content. A couple of tablespoons of coarse ground mustard adds some zip. Then, these deviled eggs are topped off with a sprinkling of homemade everything bagel seasoning (recipe over on Jelly Toast, my mainstream food blog).
If you are able to find a store bought version of the everything bagel seasoning, go ahead and use that. If not, my homemade version is incredibly simple and lasts a long time in the pantry.

I have been making a batch of these eggs to keep in the fridge for quick breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. Working from home, the day can often fly by and it’s been helpful to have a dish of these eggs ready-to-go in the fridge.
